Irwin Hoffman Obituary

Irwin Z. Hoffman, beloved husband of Ann Hoffman; loving father of Daniel and Mark Hoffman; cherished grandfather of Sienna, Felix, and Keira; and dear brother of Mimi Feinsilver. Dr. Hoffman was a psychoanalyst, teacher, and author whose work helped shape contemporary relational-constructivist psychoanalysis. His essays and his book, Ritual and Spontaneity in the Psychoanalytic Process, have had a lasting influence on the field.  A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 26th at 11AM at KAM Isaiah Israel, 5093 S. Greenwood Ave, Chicago, IL.
