Myra Stone (Lasky), 79, passed away on November 21, 2023. She was born on November 24, 1943, to Belle and Jack Lasky. Myra was a beloved wife, mother, Mima, sister, and friend.


Myra was known for her caring nature and generous heart. She always put others before herself and was dedicated to her family. She was a creative and hardworking individual who had a love for the arts, dance, and cooking. Her passion was the family business, HP Tops which was established in 1977. Myra's family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

She is survived by her loving husband, Larry Stone, her children, Jeff Stone, Donna (David) Rosuck, and Andy (Laurel) Stone, her grandchildren, Ethan Rosuck, Zoey Rosuck, and Aaron Stone, her sister, Alyce (Jerry) Stanton, and her brother, Harold (Rita) Lasky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Myra was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Marlene (Bob) Williams.

A private graveside service will be held Friday, November 24th, 2pm at Shalom Memorial Park, 1700 Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Reach Rescue, Inc. in memory of Myra Stone. Contributions can be made online at https://www.reachrescue.org.
